Poor baby!!

Remember yesterday when I was bragging about how my big boy loved his squishy blocks? Well he may love his squishy blocks, but he hates when his squishy blocks squeak! Today while we were playing in the floor I was showing Kolton how the blocks made a squeaky noise. He puckered his lip, started to squeal, and let the tears flow! Of course I had my camera next to me, and of course I snapped a picture. I'm horrible I know, but he's so gosh darn cute..even when he's being a little chicken!

Day 3

If you know me, you know I LOVE my iced coffee. I'm a big fan of Starbucks, but something has me going to Dunken Doughnuts every now and then. You want to know what that something is? ...the straw. I love when places are creative with their straws. Rather than the plain solid colored straw, DD does a spin on the old school white with the red pin stripe. I think it's the cutest thing ever, and that's why it's the picture of the day. :)

Picture day 2.

In honor of baby boy's birthday and new love..

what better than his squishy blocks!!

Happy 3 Month baby boy!

Happy birthday Baby Kolton! Three months ago Daddy and I was in the hospital recovering from a strenuous delivery, but we had the greatest souvenir ever waiting down the hall in the nursery. Every day you amaze me more and more. Just when I think my heart is completely full with happiness and love, you do something that squeezes just a bit more in! You will never understand just how much mommy and daddy totally adore you, but hopefully we can show you!

Today we had a photographer come to the house for Kolton's 3 month pictures. She had some blocks set up for him and he was amazed by them. I realized that Courtney was nice enough to send him some for Christmas. I didn't quite realize how old my little baby boy was because I didn't think he'd be at the stage of enjoying his toys yet. So, I tossed a blanket in the floor and threw those little blocks down with him and he loved them! (if you notice Gracie in the background, she loved them too. She was so determined to sneak off with one.) So here's some pictures for you. Courtney, I figured you'd enjoy these! :)

The 337 Picture Project

So, I noticed lots of people doing 365 picture blogs. I'm a little late, but I'd like to jump on that bandwagon. Mine will just be The 337 Picture Project. I take pictures constantly, and I usually just delete them. I'd really like to get into photography more, so I figured this is an okay step towards learning my camera better. Plus, I'm really horrible about posting stuff on my blog and this will give me a reason to. Here's to me working on my New Year's resolution -starting what I finish.

Oh, and one rule. You have to promise not to laugh at my HORRIBLE picture taking/editing skills. I'm just having fun. :)

Day One: My husband's combat boots and my rain boots.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

It only took about 4 years and a move up north, but we finally had a snow day!! It was so awesome. They called the hubs and told him he didn't have to come into work. So we were so lazy all day. I ran outside to snap some pictures. Adam didn't want to come with me so I had to have the beagles join me. If you notice Gracie wanted no part of it, but Cooper LOVED it!

Even Monsters like to giggle!

A reason to love Mondays

Finally! It's okay to have a case of the Mondays. Thanks to a very great friend who recommended I tune in to it, I started watching The Bachelor. I'll admit at first I didn't see what was so great about Jason, but the more I watch the show the more I fall head over heels for him! My two favorites are Melissa and Jillian. However, I have a strong feeling Molly is going to win.

Ketchup.

My how my baby boy has grown in the past month. He will be 3 months Thursday the 29th, and I just can't believe it. I feel like it was just yesterday we brought the little Monster Boy home. He thinks he's a much bigger boy than he really his though. trying to hold his own bottle and sleep in his big boy crib. So here's a picture fix for you all. He's probably gained 5lbs since his last pictures, so be prepared for a cute butterball of stud baby.

Baby's 1st Christmas

I know I'm a little late, but I'm still recovering from the holiday season. We had our first family Christmas and it was a blast. Adam and I probably had more fun than Kolton, but it was still hilarious seeing him look at the presents like "what in the world is that thing?!" By the 15th present he was ready for a nap and still unimpressed. lol All in all we had a great first Christmas with our little man.
